The afternoon takes you through the hard sales process and cycle. During this time, you learn how to inject the psychological elements and techniques delivered during the morning into the ordinary sales process, creating a 360° holistic approach to creating the right environment to gain a better understanding of their client’s needs.

 

The Sales Mastery workshop is an intense learning experience that is equally divided in terms of time allocation and room division into a gaming and lecture format, with added breakaway rooms for brainstorming sessions and small group practice and discussion.
